Applications for permits to construct, reconstruct, reset, resurface or repair any sidewalk, driveway, parking slab or curb cut in a public right of way shall be made on a form furnished by the City Engineer. Each application shall set forth all information that the City Engineer shall require; otherwise, it will not be processed. The fee for a permit shall be five dollars ($5.00).
