735.06 REVOCATION OF PERMITS.
   (a)    The Chief of Police shall revoke a permit issued under this chapter when he or she finds that any of the following is true:
(1)    The permit was procured by fraudulent conduct or a false statement of a material fact, or a fact concerning the applicant was not disclosed at the time of his or her making the application, and such fact would have constituted just cause for the refusal to issue the permit.
(2)    The wrecker operator has offered any form of gratuity for the purpose of obtaining preferential treatment under the rotation system.
(3)    The wrecker operator illegally employed a short-wave radio or other electronic device to obtain information as to the location of an accident or a disabled vehicle.
(4)    The wrecker operator has violated any requirement of this chapter or any of the rules and regulations established by the Chief of Police pursuant to this chapter.
   (b)    The revocation of a permit in any year shall not bar reapplication for the following calendar year.
