723.05 DELIVERY.

Licenses issued under this chapter shall be personally delivered to the licensee named therein, and to no other person, at the offices of the Division of Police. Police personnel shall require proof that the licensee is properly registered with the Department of Income Taxation prior to delivery of the license.
