723.01 PEDDLING AND SOLICITATION BY UNREGISTERED PERSONS PROHIBITED.

No person shall enter upon the premises of a private residence for the purpose of soliciting orders for the sale of goods or services for profit unless licensed as a peddler in accordance with this chapter. (Ord. 6067. Passed 10-26-99.)
