(a) No person, without privilege to do so, shall do any of the following:
(1) Knowingly enter or remain upon any Municipal park at any time between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and sunrise.
(2) Knowingly enter or remain upon Riverside Cemetery at any time between one-half hour after sunset and the hour of sunrise; or
(3) Knowingly consume intoxicating liquor, alcohol, beer, wine or a spirituous liquor at any time in any Municipal park or in Riverside Cemetery.
(b) Paragraphs (a)(1) and (2) shall not apply if the person is engaged in fishing or in another authorized activity.
(c) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of criminal trespass on Municipal property, a minor misdemeanor.
