505.17 KILLING OF SQUIRRELS OR BIRDS.

(a) No person shall kill any squirrel or bird within the City by use of any type of gun, sling shot or other thing or instrument without having first obtained a permit therefor from the City Administrator.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
