505.09 BARKING OR HOWLING ANIMALS.

(a) No person shall keep any animal or fowl which barks, howls or emits audible sounds which are unreasonably loud or of such character, intensity and duration as to disturb and annoy one or more inhabitants of two or more residences in the City.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
