375.09 SUSPENSION OF RIDING PRIVILEGES.

In addition to the penalties provided in this chapter, a court may prohibit any person who violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter from operating a snowmobile for not more than six months. (Ord. 3939. Passed 6-10-80.)
