(a) The Chief of Police is hereby authorized to determine the route to be taken in the movement of a house, barn or other building from the point of origin to the destination, provided that the route is within the City.
(b) The Chief may require the applicant to take safety precautions, including carrying of extra-wide or over-sized load signs, mounted warning signals and the use of escort cars.
(c) The Chief shall prescribe regulations for the Police Division specifying the procedure for police officers at the moving site and shall have full authority under the application to adjust claims from the security deposit held by the City.
