374.18 FLEEING PROHIBITED.

(a) No person shall operate a motorized bicycle so as to willfully elude or flee a police officer after receiving a visible or audible signal from a police officer to bring his motorized bicycle to a stop.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
