374.15 POSSESSION OF LICENSE.

(a) The motorized bicycle license or operator’s license issued under Ohio R.C. Chapter 4507 shall be in the immediate possession of the operator of the motorized bicycle while operating such vehicle. (OAC 4501-23-32)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
