351.16 PARKING OF TRUCKS RESTRICTED.
   (a)   No truck, agricultural or commercial tractor, motor bus, commercial car, trailer, house trailer, semitrailer or travel trailer as the same are defined by Ohio R. C. 4501. 01 and 4511.01 shall be parked at any time, upon any street, in a residential district, as defined in the Zoning Ordinance. This prohibition shall not apply to commercial vehicles on regular delivery or service calls, or to dual purpose passenger commercial cars such as station wagons, sedan delivery or panel delivery vehicles.    (b)   Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to one predicate motor vehicle or traffic offense, whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of two or more predicate motor vehicle or traffic offenses, whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
