155.02 SEXUAL HARASSMENT.
   (a)   Sexual harassment may be a violation of an employee's rights and is expressly forbidden.
   (b)   An employee believing that he or she has been subjected to sexual harassment of any kind in the workplace should report the incident immediately to his or her direct supervisor or to the Director of Public Safety-Service, or both.
   (c)   All complaints of sexual harassment received will be immediately investigated. Any supervisor or employee involved in sexually harassing another employee will be subject to immediate discipline, which may include discharge for the first offense.
   (d)   A copy of this policy shall be posted in four workplaces in City Hall.
