153.02 DUTIES.

The Municipal Earnings Tax Commission, acting pursuant to a majority vote of its members, shall be responsible for the appointment of the Tax Commissioner, and any successors thereto, and the Tax Commissioner shall be charged with the duties, rights and responsibilities as imposed by Chapter 181.
