151.03 CITY MEMBERS.

(a) The number of City of Deer Park appointees to serve as members of the City Park/Recreation Board shall be increased from three to five persons, for a total of seven Board members instead of the present five members.

(b) The term of appointment for such two additional City appointees shall be five years. (Ord. 99-39. Passed 12-13-99.)
