141.02 GENERAL POWERS AND DUTIES.

(a) The Chief of Police shall have exclusive control of all patrolmen and other officers and employees in the Department under such general rules and regulations as the Director of Public Safety-Service prescribes.

(b) All members of the Police Department shall perform the duties of dispatching in addition to other police work, when so designated by the Police Chief, and shall also answer fire calls within the City.
