1302.99 PENALTY.

A violation of any provision of Deer Park Codified Ordinances Chapter 1302, or failure to comply with provisions contained therein, including failure to comply with notices issued thereunder, is a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each day such violation continues after receipt of a violation notice shall be considered a separate offense.
