1302.04 VACANT BUILDING MAINTENANCE LICENSE NOTIFICATION.

Every order of a Vacant Building Maintenance License shall be in writing, stating the reason for the order. The Building Official shall notify the property owner consistent with the notification procedures set forth in Deer Park Codified Ordinances Chapter 1301.
