133.01 DEPUTY AUDITOR.
   (a)   There is hereby created the office of Deputy Auditor within the City.
   (b)   The Deputy Auditor shall be appointed by the Auditor and shall assist the Auditor and serve in his absence or disability as the duly authorized Auditor.
