All regular meetings of Council shall be held at 7777 Blue Ash Road, Deer Park, Ohio, on the first, second and fourth Mondays at 7:00 p.m., except during the months of June, July and August, when Council shall meet only on the first and second Monday, or at such times as may be ordered by Council. The first Monday meeting shall be a Council Committee meeting, with regular Council business to be conducted on the second and fourth Mondays. There shall be no Council meetings on the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.
