1131.03 CONDITIONAL USES.
   The following conditional uses may be approved in accordance with Chapter 1149.
   (a)   Educational Institutions.
   (b)   Any other use deemed to be of a similar nature as those above by the Planning and Zoning Commission. (Ord. 2010-09. Passed 7-12-10.)
