1127.02 PERMITTED USES.
   A building or lot within a PR Planned Multi-Family Residential District shall be used only for the following purposes:
   (a)   Multiple-family dwelling units.
   (b)   First Floor Non-Residential Land Uses. The following land uses shall be permitted only on the first floor of a mixed use building when multi-family dwelling: units are provided on one or more upper level floors and the permitted non-residential uses occupy all of the first floor:
      (1)    Restaurants. excluding drive-thru service.
      (2)    Banks and similar financial institutions
      (3)    Professional activities and services, such as doctors, attorneys and architects and other similar professional service providers.
      (4)    Office uses.
      (5)    Specialized retail uses and shops, excluding sexually oriented businesses.
   (c)   Public and private parks.
   (d)   Accessory structures and uses incidental to the above uses.
