(a) Architectural Standards. All principal and accessory structures permitted under this Chapter shall conform to the predominant surrounding architectural character of the area. Elements that define surrounding architectural character include roof and window types, architectural styles, colors, and ancillary elements such as landscaping and fences. The Planning and Zoning Commission shall approve the architectural design for all new principal structures in this district on a case-by-base basis. (Ord. 2009-09. Passed 5-11-09.)
(b) Exterior Building Materials. All new principal and accessory structures constructed in this zoning district shall be constructed of the following exterior materials; vinyl or aluminum siding, brick, natural stone and cultured stone products, wood and cement siding products featuring a simulated wood appearance.
