1121.03 ESTABLISHMENT OF DISTRICTS.

For the purpose of regulating and restricting the location of buildings, structures, and land use, the city is divided into zoning districts as shown on the Zoning Map. These districts include the following and may be illustrated on the Zoning Map.

Deer Park Zoning Districts

R-1	Single Family Residential District
R-2	Single Family Residential District
PR	Planned Multi-Family Residential District
RNC	Residential - Nursing Care District
PO	Planned Office District
MUB	Mixed-Use Business District
PUD	Planned Unit Development District
