945.10 WASTE COLLECTION FEES AN INSEPARABLE PART OF WATER SERVICE INVOICE.

The City hereby mandates that waste collection, brush collection fees shall be inseparably linked to water service fees and shall be forgiven only during periods of discontinued water service. (Ord. 07-37. Passed 11-12-07.)
