(a) No person shall operate a bicycle, skateboard, roller skates, or any other device by which any person or property may be transported or drawn, on the walking path in the playfield of the City. This section shall not apply to disabled persons safely operating wheelchairs or other devices designed to assist disabled persons, or to persons operating baby strollers in a safe manner.
(b) Whoever violates this section shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
