No person shall have in his possession any intoxicating liquor or beer upon the playfield of the City except that any responsible organization, when meeting in the playfield, may obtain, upon written application to the Recreation Board, in advance of such meeting, a permit wherein members of such responsible organization may possess beer. Any organization seeking to sell beer shall submit an application in writing for each separate occasion to the Recreation Board. (Ord. 66-16. Passed 5-26-66.)
