917.19 PENALTIES.

In addition to any other penalties which may be imposed under the terms of this chapter, the Agreement or Permit, anyone found to be in violation of the terms of this chapter, the Agreement or Permit, shall be guilty of a first degree misdemeanor as set forth in Section 501.99 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Deer Park.
