In addition to any other rights reserved by the Municipality under federal, state or local laws or if an Agreement is entered into, it shall also include a provision of liquidated damages to be negotiated by the Service Provider and the Municipality. Such liquidated damages shall allow the Municipality to enact unilateral damages on the Service Provider for violations of the Permit. The terms of said liquidated damages will be located within the Agreement if one is signed between Service Provider and Municipality. (Ord. 01-19. Passed 6-11-01.)
