917.15 RESTORATION OF STREETS.

The Service Provider shall agree to properly restore any street in its surface within any area affected by the excavation by the Service Provider. The Municipality may, after providing notice to Service Provider, refill in or repave any damage caused by the Service Provider at Service Provider expense. The Service Provider shall agree to comply with all other reasonable requirements imposed by the Director pertaining to the restoration of streets.
