Service Providers may be required to participate in a joint planning process with the Municipality and other Permit holders. The intent of this process is to coordinate work, minimize damage and disruption for residents and other users of the Rights-of-Way, reduce duplication of infrastructure, promote shared uses and otherwise promote the rational, efficient use ofthe limited resource represented by the public Rights-of-Way.
