913.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates this chapter for more than two consecutive occasions within a calendar year shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor; for each violation after the second and every subsequent violation. Each day shall be considered a separate offense for violations under this chapter. (Ord. 02-14. Passed 7-8-02.)
