(a) “Noxious weeds” includes, but is not limited to the following: Bittersweet (Nightshade), Buckhorn, Thistles, Curley Dock, Corn Cockle, Iron Weed, Horse Nettle, Johnsongrass, Milkweed, Oxeye Daisy, Quackgrass, Queen Anne’s Lace, Wild Onion, Wild Mustard, Wild Parsnips, Prickly Lettuce, Golden Rod, Poison Hemlock, Poison Ivy, Poison Oak, Ragweed, Stinging Nettle and other plants capable of causing skin reactions upon contact or producing severe allergic respiratory reactions.
(b) “Rank vegetation”means any growth of weeds or grass to a height of eight inches or higher. (Ord. 02-14. Passed 7-8-02.)
