(a) The Safety-Service Director shall establish specifications and regulations for the construction and repair of sidewalks. All work shall be done to City specifications and shall be inspected by the City.
(b) The permittee shall provide barricades and appropriate lights during the hours of darkness around any excavation or other hazards caused by such work.
