725.01 DEFINITIONS.

(a) "Yard sale" means a non-recurring sale of personal property other than an auction or liquidation sale, which sale is conducted froin a residence and is other than in the ordinary course of business.

(b) "Person" means a natural person, corporation, partnership or other entity.
