713.14 GAMBLING DEVICES MAY BE SEIZED.

If any machine is used as a gambling device or is otherwise operated contrary to the provisions of the laws of the State, or of this chapter, the machine may, in the discretion of the Director of Public Safety-Service, be seized and destroyed, as in the case of gaming devices.
