Not later than the fifth day of each month, every distributor shall furnish the Director of Public Safety-Service with a list of all new contracts for the sale, leasing or renting of one or more machines entered into during the preceding month, with persons residing or doing business in the City, giving the names and addresses of such persons, and the dates of the contracts. The Director shall file the reports and maintain them. for the inspection of the police for a period of not less than one year.
