713.05 RESIDENCE AND MORAL REQUIREMENTS.
   No person shall be licensed as a distributor or exhibitor unless he has been a bona fide resident of Hamilton County, Ohio, for the period of at least two years and is of good moral character. No firm or corporation shall be licensed as a distributor or exhibitor, unless all the members of the firm or the chief business manager of the corporation shall have been residents of Hamilton County, Ohio, for the period of at least two years prior to the issuance of license and are of good moral character. A person convicted, within the preceding five years, of a felony or of a misdemeanor involving moral turpitude, shall be considered as being not of good moral character.
