713.03 FEES.

Every distributor shall pay an annual license fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) and every exhibitor shall pay an annual license fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) plus a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each mechanical amusement device maintained or exhibited. An exhibitor at more than one location shall pay a license fee for each location.
