Section 1. Effective Date and Duration.

This Charter shall be voted upon at a special municipal election to be held on November 3rd, 2020. If approved by the voters, this Charter shall go into effect on December 1, 2021 and be in force from and after certification of its adoption by the election authorities of Hamilton County.
