707.05 INSTALLATION PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (a)   No burglar alarm or other emergency alarm installation in any residence, or other structures in this City shall be undertaken until a permit for such installation is issued to the subscriber and /or property owner by the Safety-Service Director.
   (b)   This permit requirement shall also apply to installations presently installed and terminating at the police station.
   (c)   Application for such permit, to be made by the subscriber and/or property owner, shall contain the following information:
      (1)   The name and address of the property owner.
      (2)   The location of all alarm doors, windows, pressure pads, or other devices which would trigger the alarm system.
      (3)   The location of all alarm consoles and operation instructions for each alarm location.
      (4)   The name of the company installing the system.
      (5)   The make and model number of the equipment installed.
      (6)   An agreement to deposit a key to the alarm system used in the residence and to provide access to the main control panel.
      (7)   Agreement to use an assigned code number for the installation.
   (d)   There shall be a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) installation and maintenance charge for all burglar alarm installations terminating at the police station.
