705.06 CONDUCTING AMUSEMENTS WITHOUT A LICENSE.

No person shall continue to conduct or begin to conduct any form of amusement at a permanent or temporary place of amusement or any itinerant form of amusement within the corporate limits without first having a license therefor, as provided in this chapter.
