705.03 LICENSE REGULATIONS.
   An amusement license shall be valid only for the person in whose name it is issued and for the conduct of amusements at the place designated therein. The license shall not be assignable and shall be conspicuously displayed at the place for which issued during the period of ticket sales and conduct of the amusement. All licenses for permanent places of amusement shall expire on the thirty-first day of December next following the date upon which they are issued. Licenses for temporary places of amusement or for forms of itinerant amusements shall expire at the time specified therein. Licenses issued for permanent places of amusement under the provisions of this chapter may be renewed annually before the first day of January upon application made to the Director of Public Safety-Service and the payment of a renewal fee of ten dollars ($10.00). The license required herein shall be in addition to any and all licenses otherwise required by law.
