Every person desiring to continue to conduct or hereafter begin to conduct any amusement at any permanent or temporary place of amusement or any itinerant form of amusement shall file an application for a permanent, temporary, or itinerant form of amusement license, as the case may be, with the Director of Public Safety-Service. Upon approval of the application by the Director, the Director shall forthwith issue the license upon the payment by applicant of a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
