521.11 HITTING GOLF BALLS.

(a) No person shall hit, knock or bat any golf ball in the City, except in a golf course properly fitted for that purpose. (Ord. 105-A. Passed 5-14-37.)

(b) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
