§ 14.06.020 MINORS PROHIBITED WITHOUT PARENTS.
   Minor children shall not at any time be upon the grounds of the cemetery of the city, unless accompanied by their parents, guardians or other persons having such minors in charge, or duly authorized to go upon said grounds by a proper agent, official or employee of the city.
