§ 4.19.050 DEPOSITS TO CITY SEWER DEPRECIATION AND REPLACEMENT FUND.
   (A)   All monies collected through the wastewater (sewerage) development fee shall be deposited directly into the Sewer Line Expansion and Replacement Fund.
   (B)   Said account shall only be used for sewer line expansion and/or replacement and shall not be used for maintenance, repair or operation of the wastewater (sewerage) system.
