SCHEDULE IV:  TRUCKS AND COMMERCIAL VEHICLES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate, or move, or for the owner to cause or knowingly permit to be operated or moved upon the roads designated in this Schedule any vehicle having a gross weight in excess of 26,000 pounds gross vehicle weight rating.
   (B)   The roads where the limits of this Schedule apply are:
      (1)   County Road 800 South between State Road #3 and 420 West;
      (2)   County Road 420 West between 800 South and 950 South;
      (3)   County Road 950 South between 420 West and State Road #3;
      (4)   County Road 1100 South between 800 West and State Road #3;
      (5)   County Road 800 West between 1100 South and State Road #3;
      (6)   County Road 700 West from State Road #3 to Jennings County line.
   (C)   The provisions of this Schedule do not apply to:
      (1)   Implements of husbandry, when so constructed that they can be moved without material damage of the highway;
      (2)   Firefighting apparatus owned or operated by a political subdivision or volunteer fire company;
      (3)   Vehicles transporting farm commodities if the transport begins or terminates on one of the roads designated in this Schedule.
   (D)   Effective dates of said limits: September 1, 2018 - November 30, 2018.
   (E)   The County Highway Department shall post appropriate signs giving notice of the prohibitions of this Schedule.
   (F)   Any person who violates this Schedule commits a Class C infraction.
