§ 110.02 PERMIT AND LICENSE REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the business of a peddler, as defined in § 110.01 of this chapter, within the corporate limits of the city, without first obtaining a permit and license therefor in compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
