It shall be unlawful for any person to enter upon a walkway, driveway or parking area of a public, business or church building, unless the individual entering the premises does so for the purpose of conducting business or does so with the knowledge and consent of the owner, manager or person in charge of such premises, if the premises are so posted by the owner or manager.
